Beetroot collagen bliss balls

These beetroot collagen bliss balls promote healing for new mamas and make a great one handed snack. Including the Mothers Blend also makes them super nourishing with many supportive postpartum nutrients including fermented chlorella, liver powder, camu camu, kelp, and other fermented vegetables. They also make a great snack for little ones from about 8 months and after they have been introduced to the cashew allergen.

Serves: 15 bliss balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 beetroot (diced)

  • 2 tablespoon of collagen powder (Cellsquared is my favourite)

  • 1 cups of desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)

  • 1/2 cup of cashews

  • 6 medjool dates

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon The Mothers Blend - Foraged For You

  • OPTIONAL: Hemp seeds for rolling

Method:

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz. Roll mixture into approx. 15 balls and roll in desiccated coconut or hemp seeds. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
